1. Guaranteed Room Reservations not cancelled 48 hours before arrival would attract a retention charge equivalent to one night’s room tariff.
In the event of a cancellation before 48 hrs. ?
2. Please retain the cancellation number, to ensure that no retention charge is levied.
The under mentioned information is applicaple only for group bookings. The cancellation policy for group reservation is as under:
1. Booking cancelled within 60 days of confirmation retention will not be charged,
2. Booking cancelled atfer 60 days of confirmation one day retention will be charged for all the rooms confirmed.
Late check-out time:
The check-out time is 10:00 am.
In case of late check-out prior 01:00 pm an extra 50% charge of a room tariff per night will be added to your accommodation bill;
In case of late check-out after 01:00 pm an extra 100% charge of a room tariff per night will be added to your accommodation bill.
