Private and quiet yet close to the main dining room and lounge facilities.

There are not pets allowed in these rooms.

From May 1st to October 31st, all weekend reservations have a two-night minimum.

From January 1st to March 31st, all weekend reservations have a two-night minimum.
Our new Executive Cottage has a two-night minimum stay any time of year.
Weekday rate is valid for the days of Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday except for Holidays and Special events the rate for these dates will be charged the weekend rate.

The Red Umbrella Inn will not be held liable or responsible for loss of recreation opportunities due to weather, power failure, covid- 19, common Sickness, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Dog Policies

There is a one-time surcharge of $35/dog for having your dog(s) stay with you.
Maximum 2 dogs allowed per occupancy.
The guest is responsible for any damage caused by their pets.
Not all rooms/cabins are available for guests with pets. Please inquire for more details.

Deposits

One and two-day bookings require a $100 deposit.
Three to seven-day bookings require a $250 deposit.
Reservation accommodation is guaranteed upon receipt and acceptance of the required deposit by Visa or Mastercard.
Deposits will be credited to guest accounts on the confirmed departure date.

Cancellation

Deposits will be refunded or credited to a future stay if the request for cancellation is made more than 14 days in advance of the arrival date, less a $25 administration fee.
For cancellations made within 14 days of your arrival date, all charges for the full duration of your reserved stay will be charged to your account.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Interac, cash, or traveler's cheques as methods of payment.
Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Check out time is 11:00 am.

Administration Fee:

The Red Umbrella will take a $25.00 administration fee at the time of booking or at any time after the booking has been confirmed.

Accommodation Payments:

The Red Umbrella will take payment for any of the accommodations at the time of booking or any time after the booking has been confirmed. If canceled before our 14-day cancellation policy (seen below) a full refund will be issued less the $25.00 administration fee.

The terms and conditions of the cancelation policy and administration fee:

Deposits will be refunded or credited to a future stay if the request for cancellation is made more than 14 days in advance of the arrival date, less a $25 administration fee. For cancellations made within 14 days of your arrival date, all charges for the full duration of your reserved stay will be charged to your account.

The terms and conditions of Group Blocking are as follows:

• On the 90th day if you choose to hold any unrented accommodations there will be a $25.0O charge per accommodation which will be charged to the House Account.
• On the 60th day if you choose to hold any unrented accommodations there will be a 50% charge of the base rate for each accommodation this will be charged to the House Account.
• On the 30th day if you choose to hold any unrented accommodations there will be a 100% charge of the base rate per accommodation this will be charged to the House Account.

We will need a Valid credit card to finalize the group booking.
Please Note that no charges will be taken other than if the terms of the agreement come into play and you have agreed to these terms. We are a small business and are very dependent on the summer season.

We understand things happen, if there are any charges due to the cancelation policy, these monies will be taken and you or your guest will have a credit for the Red Umbrella Inn for the amount that occurred on the 50% and 100% cancelation only.

This credit can only be used on accommodations and doesn’t have an expiration date.
The guest must provide the proper paperwork at the time of booking to redeem the credit.
