Deposits will be refunded or credited to a future stay if request for cancellation is made more than 14 days in advance of the arrival date, less a $25 administration fee.For cancellations made within 14 days of your arrival date, all charges for the full duration of your reserved stay will be charged to your account.
Terms and conditions of Group Blocking are as follows:
• At the 90th day if you choose to hold any unrented accommodations there will be a $25.0O charge per accommodation this will be charged to the house Account.
• At the 60th day if you choose to hold any unrented accommodations there will be 50% charge of the base rate for each accommodation this will be charged to the house Account.
• At the 30th day if you choose to hold any unrented accommodations there will be 100% charge of the base rate per accommodation this will be charged to the house Account.
We will need Valid credit card to finalize the group booking.
Please Note that no charges will be taken other then if the terms of the agreement come in to play and you have agreed to these terms. We are a small business and are very dependent in the summer season.
We understand things happen, if there are any charges do to the cancelation policy, these monies will be taken and you or your guest will have a credit for the Red Umbrella Inn for the amount that was occurred on the 50% and 100% cancelation only.
This credit can only be used on the accommodations and doesn’t have an expire date.
Guest must provide the proper paperwork at the time of booking to redeemed credit.
