Check-in/Check out
- The minimum check-in age is 19. All guests under 19 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
- Please note that our standard check-in time is at 3:00 PM. Kindly be aware that during the peak season of June, July, and August, we are unable to accommodate any early check-ins or late check-outs. If your party happens to arrive earlier and the room is not available at the time of arrival, our guest service attendants will be happy to store your bags so you can enjoy your day in Gibsons.
- Check-out Time is 11:00 am the day of departure. Late check-out requests will be accommodated when possible.
- Please advise the exact number of adults and children when making your reservation.
Extra Guests
- Room rates are based on single or double occupancy.
- An additional charge of $ 15 per person per night will apply to additional guests over 10 years old.
Children Policy
- All children are welcome. Up to two children under 5 years stay free of charge when using the existing bed.
- Children from 6 to 9 years are charged $ 5 per person per night when using existing beds.
Extra Bed
- Extra bed is subject to availability.
- A crib is complimentary and available upon request.
- Rollaway/cot is available upon request with a charge of $ 20 per night plus taxes
- Maximum 1 extra bed/crib is permitted in a room.
Smoke-Free Environment
- We are proud to offer our guests a smoke-free environment. Smoking is strictly prohibited on all hotel premises (cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, cannabis, etc.) Please kindly assist us to keep it that way.
- A $ 250 plus applicable taxes CLEANING FEE will be applied to your account for any evidence of smoking both in your guest room or on the balcony.

Payment Policies
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation. The registered guest responsible for the room must be at least 19 years of age and provide a valid credit card in their name along with 1 piece of government-issued photo identification at the time of check-in. The hotel will process the credit card provided at the time of booking on the day of arrival. If the hotel is unable to secure the payment, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
Non-refundable Rates:
All reservations confirmed under a non-refundable rate type will be fully charged upon confirmation, on the credit card provided upon reservation. No refund will be granted in case of cancellation.
Deposit Policies
A minimum security deposit of $400 will be collected if the guest pays by debit card, visa-debit, or master debit card. No cash payment is accepted. The deposit will be released at check-out, however, please be advised that it can take up to 10 business days for funds to be cleared by the credit card financial institution. In the unlikely event that the room is willfully or negligently damaged, the deposit will be withheld in full and applied to all repair and replacement costs. Should the costs exceed the $ 400 deposit, the full cost will be applied to the credit card at the time of booking.
